DELIVERY COSTS

Sally Phillips ships within Australia. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.

ORDER DETAILS

All orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be dispatched that same day. If an order is placed after 1pm, on a weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched the following business day.However, there can be delivery delays surrounding public holidays.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the tracking details for your parcel. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at customercare@sallyphillips.com.au.

Sally Phillips orders can be expected to arrive within 2-3 business daysfrom the timeof shipment for metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

We work hard to get all orders out on the same day, however during extremely busy periods handling time may be extended to 2 days. If you would like an update on your order status, please get in touch with us via customercare@sallyphillips.com.au.

All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery so please provide a delivery address that will be attended between 9am-5pm; please note, we cannot deliver to Australian Post Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name. In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, the parcel will be held and a calling card will be left.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed; however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via customercare@sallyphillips.com.au. If your order has already been shipped, Sally Phillips accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Shipments, which are rejected by the receiver, will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

GIFT WRAPPING

All orders will arrive packaged in Sally Phillips tissue paper and a Sally Phillips care bag that is suitable for gift giving. If you wish to include a hand written card with your gift order, please contact us via customercare@sallyphillips.com.au immediately after the order has been placed, referencing your order number and the card's message.
